C.J. Ferraro

At the young age of 21, CJ Ferraro got his start in business while attending Temple University. He became manager of a neighborhood bar and restaurant. A few years later (2008) he purchased his own restaurant/bar named C.J. & Eck's. CJ ran the business for more than 8 years. He managed staff from both the front and back of the house. He ran all the daily operations including meeting with food, beer and liquor vendors. He currently still owns this business for over 20 years! His interest in business grew and he ventured into the investment end of Real Estate. In 1999 he purchased his first investment property. During the next few years he realized that his passion was the real estate market. In 2004 he decided to make his passion a business and established Ferraro Properties Inc.. He successfully completed over 20 house rehabs and “flips” and 20 new construction projects. In 2006 CJ Ferraro decided to expand his real estate knowledge by getting his Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Licenses. He managed to accumulate over 50 transactions representing both buyers and sellers as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson. In three short years he qualified to become a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and in 2009 he successfully passed the Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers exam and became a Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. He still currently holds that license. In 2009, He purchased his first lot in North Philadelphia (Temple University) and threw his hat into the New Construction Student Housing Market. He successfully developed a vacant lot into a beautiful duplex in a prime location near Temple University. Since his first venture he has successfully developed multiple New Construction Student Housing Projects consisting of buildings ranging in size from 2 units-5 units. In 2016 he established a new full service real estate company called The Philadelphia Real Estate Company with his partner Glenn Falso. C.J.’s responsibilities included managing the rapidly growing real estate portfolio and managing every aspect of the business including leasing, accounting, maintenance and office management. He sold the company in 2019. In 2017 he set up a Property Maintenance Company called ANC Maintenance Services. The company serviced the growing portfolio’s need for property maintenance and repairs. He sold the company in 2019. In 2020 he set up a construction company KKT Construction Management. This company serves as an essential part of his networks of companies that will help Philadelphia Real Estate serve all of their investor clients. In 2020 he established Philadelphia Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage. The company services all of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. In 2021 he successfully completed and passed the PA Insurance Producer Exam and is now licensed in Pennsylvania to sell property and casualty insurance. License # 1012244. In 2021 he successfully completed and passed the NMLS exam and is now a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. NMLS # 2177987.
