Bringing You Home! At the young age of 21, CJ Ferraro got his start in business while attending Temple University. He became manager of a neighborhood bar and restaurant. A few years later (2008) he purchased his own restaurant/bar named C.J. & Eck's. CJ ran the business for more than 8 years. He managed staff from both the front and back of the house. He ran all the daily operations including meeting with food, beer and liquor vendors. He currently still owns this business for over 20 years! His interest in business grew and he ventured into the investment end of Real Estate. In 1999 he purchased his first investment property. During the next few years he realized that his passion was the real estate market. In 2004 he decided to make his passion a business and established Ferraro Properties Inc.. He successfully completed over 20 house rehabs and “flips” and 20 new construction projects.

In 2006 CJ Ferraro decided to expand his real estate knowledge by getting his Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Licenses. He managed to accumulate over 50 transactions representing both buyers and sellers as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson. In three short years he qualified to become a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and in 2009 he successfully passed the Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers exam and became a Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. He still currently holds that license.

In 2009, He purchased his first lot in North Philadelphia (Temple University) and threw his hat into the New Construction Student Housing Market. He successfully developed a vacant lot into a beautiful duplex in a prime location near Temple University.

Since his first venture he has successfully developed multiple New Construction Student Housing Projects consisting of buildings ranging in size from 2 units-5 units.

In 2016 he established a new full service real estate company called The Philadelphia Real Estate Company with his partner Glenn Falso. C.J.’s responsibilities included managing the rapidly growing real estate portfolio and managing every aspect of the business including leasing, accounting, maintenance and office management. He sold the company in 2019.

In 2017 he set up a Property Maintenance Company called ANC Maintenance Services. The company serviced the growing portfolio’s need for property maintenance and repairs. He sold the company in 2019.

In 2020 he set up a construction company KKT Construction Management. This company serves as an essential part of his networks of companies that will help Philadelphia Real Estate serve all of their investor clients.

In 2020 he established Philadelphia Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage. The company services all of Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

In 2021 he successfully completed and passed the PA Insurance Producer Exam and is now licensed in Pennsylvania to sell property and casualty insurance. License # 1012244.

In 2021 he successfully completed and passed the NMLS exam and is now a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. NMLS # 2177987.

To deepen his expertise, he earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License in 2006, completing 50+ transactions representing both buyers and sellers. In 2009, he passed the Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker Exam and continues to hold an active broker license.

That same year, CJ entered the new construction student housing market near Temple University by purchasing a vacant lot in North Philadelphia and developing it into a duplex in a prime location. Since then, he has developed multiple student housing projects, with buildings ranging from 2 to 5 units.

In 2016, CJ co-founded The Philadelphia Real Estate Company with partner Glenn Falso, building a full-service platform supporting investors through leasing, accounting, maintenance, and portfolio operations. Under CJ’s leadership, the company managed over 350 properties, and he built and led a team of leasing agents, sales agents, real estate marketers, and operations support to drive the firm’s rapid growth and day-to-day execution. He later sold the company in 2019.

CJ also co-founded South Jersey Realty Associates, LLC with his partner John Ranieri, building a full-service real estate brokerage serving clients throughout the South Jersey region, including the Jersey Shore, with a mission centered on delivering high-quality representation for buyers, sellers, and investors.

As his ecosystem grew, CJ launched additional companies to support clients end-to-end, including KTT Construction Management, a renovation and construction firm delivering renovations, additions, and new construction, with a process built around acquisitions, planning, and disciplined project execution.

CJ also founded Premier Capital Financing (NMLS 2177987), a lending platform built to support real estate investors with fast, flexible capital solutions. In addition to DSCR loans for rental and portfolio growth, Premier Capital Financing provides funding for fix-and-flip projects, ground-up/new construction, and hard money scenarios where speed, asset-based underwriting, and clear execution timelines matter most. The firm’s focus is to help investors secure the right capital structure for each deal—so they can acquire, renovate, build, and refinance efficiently as their portfolio scales.

He additionally founded Premier Platinum Abstract, a title services company serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, helping clients move from contract to closing with a smoother, more supported experience.

In 2021, CJ founded Peak Insurance, an independent insurance agency offering auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance, as well as surety bonds, with access to 60+ carriers and a client-first focus on education and advocacy. Peak Insurance is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas, and Georgia, serving clients with tailored coverage and straightforward guidance.
